Step 3. Purchase your Design Package

Now that you’ve made your style selection and completed Step 2, it’s time to purchase your Design Package. On the purchase of the Design Package you will receive all the information you need to make your room look amazing! We’ll give you a complete list of all the items we have selected for you. This list will include an image, a description, technical details and the cost of every item. We will also include a labelled floor plan and a simple sketch view, so you know exactly where to put all your new things! Check out a sample of a Design Package on Step 4. Remember, you don’t have to purchase everything on the list. You can choose as many or as few as you like. Your account with us lasts for 12 months and so you can make purchases throughout the year if you prefer.  Refer to our Frequently Asked Questions for further information on this. Once you have sent though your selected items for purchase, we will contact all the suppliers and finalize delivery costs. If you are happy with the overall cost, we can start placing orders.

 

  • If you have a secondary delivery address (such as a work address) for the smaller items please let us know. As packages need to be signed for, this can be a useful option.
  • As soon as your payment has been processed we’ll email through your Invoice, User Name and Password. You can then log any time to see the progress of your Design-A-Room package.

    Now that you’ve done all the hard work, you can relax for a while. We’ll have your completed Design Package through to you in 10 working days*

    *We aim to have all packages completed in 10 working days. On occasion we have delayed information from our suppliers which does not allow this turn around. If this is the case, we will forward your Style Package in the earliest possible time frame.
